How to order:
Order online using our secure server:
1. To place an order online, click on any product name
2. Choose the style, color and size you want (where applicable) and
3. Select the Order button
4. Follow the instructions on the subsequent shopping cart screens to finalize your order

Buying from us is easy and secure. For every item, there will be an "Add To Cart" button. This button adds the item to your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it. After you put something in your shopping basket, you can choose to place the order immediately or continue shopping.

You can put as many items as you want in your shopping basket. When you are finished and want to place the order, you can get back to your shopping basket by clicking Shopping Cart button. When you submit your order, it will be confirmed via e-mail and will include your order number. You can feel confident that your credit card information is protected by our secure server.

Credit Card Security
Please be aware that all transactions made through Hip Baby Gear on-line are fully secure and protected via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol, the industry standard for processing secure credit card orders on-line. SSL works by encrypting data so that it may not be viewed during processing. This security protocol is supported by major browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Netscape and AOL.

Hip Baby Gear is committed to protecting your privacy. In particular, we want you to know we will not sell, rent or trade any information that identifies you to other companies or other third parties.

subscribe to our e-newsletter we will periodically e-mail you Hip Baby Gear News, containing editorial content, including notification regarding new products and services. If, after subscribing to this service you would rather not receive this information, please select the unsubscribe link on the latest newsletter or contact us at info@hipbabygear.com with “newsletter unsubscribe” as the subject.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Diner’s Club credit cards.

Sales Tax:
*Sales tax is collected only on orders sent within the state of Massachusetts. Massachusetts law requires that we charge a sales tax on the full amount of the order. By law, charges for shipping and handling are considered part of the product and must be included when sales are calculated.

Shipping:
Orders will normally be shipped via UPS Ground Service within 2-3 business days of the order being placed. All orders over $75 receive free ground shipping.

If you would like your order to arrive sooner, you can pay for expedited shipping (item will leave warehouse in 1 business day) for an additional $10. You can also specify UPS Second Day Air Service for an additional cost as specified below. Please note some items may ship directly from the manufacturer. Expedited and Air shipping will not be available on these items.

Please note: Additional shipping surcharges will apply for any orders shipped outside of the continental U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada.

Return/Exchange Policy:

Hip Baby Gear offers a satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If you wish to return merchandise for a reason, please return the item to the address below within 30 days of the original purchase for a full refund or within 60 days for an on-line store credit or merchandise exchange. **
